Wendy Hill

Female hormone expert and nutritionist. Wendy offers a ‘Fabulous and Female’ membership where she will educate you on how to improve your health and rebalance your hormones through your diet, specialising in the perimenopause. Wendy offers all Flow Fitness members a free monthly recipe with each 4-week class pass. Lauren has been following Wendy’s advice for the last year and has found her nutrition advice a life changer.

Jessica Sawyer

Jessica is a Medicine Woman with many strands to her bow. Her primary focus is working with women, having taught menstrual cycle awareness and ran women’s circles for ten years. Jessica currently offers Reiki attunements, Women’s Circles, retreats, workshops, yoga sessions and transformational one-on-one coaching. Lauren has been working with Jessica for the last 3 ½ years and has totally changed the way she lives her life.

Amy Shillcock

Amy is a reiki master who supports women, mothers, and mothers to be with one-to-one reiki healing as well as group relaxation sessions. Amy provides a monthly Zoom Reiki and relaxation session for class pass members. Amy and Claire hold Women’s Circles at Love 23, Crosby. Lauren has been working with Amy for over 3 years and highly recommends her work.
